When you commission a piece of furniture with Oil and Grains, we want nothing less than to exceed your expectations.  From design to delivery, we want to create a seamless experience which is both exciting and enjoyable.  Whether you are choosing from one of the predesigned Oil and Grains models or having a completely new and bespoke table designed to your exact specification, we want your experience to be positive.  Through each stage of the manufacturing process we will stay in contact, offering photographs and our expertise so that we achieve everything you want aesthetically whilst still ensuring it meets all your functional needs.

 

Delivery and Installation

 

Delivery and installation vary depending on what product and size you have ordered.  All bespoke tables have a current lead time of 8-12 weeks, while products currently available in our workshop can be expedited within 5-7 days.  We offer a full delivery and installation service to the London and then home countries.

Once your order is complete, we will contact you to arrange a convenient date for your delivery. You will then be contacted the day before your delivery with a dedicated time slot so that you don’t have to wait in all day.  For customers outside of the delivery and installation area, we do still offer this service however it comes with an additional charge depending on location.

For nationwide delivery we offer a courier service with numerous options depending on size and weight of your order. Orders delivered by courier can be delivered to the exact room you require, however installation of the legs/base to the tabletop is required to be carried out by yourself. We provide instructions and a tool to do this.

Smaller parcels will be set out by 48 hour recorded delivery.
